Except, me no love this sushi. Me Love really let me down. The sushi fanatic that I am, I scoped this place out prior to arrival in London. It was right by my fantastic hostel (Palmers Lodge) in Swiss Cottage. Me Love looked exquisite online. And perhaps they are. But from my experience, I would go anywhere else first. The service was dreadful. It took 40 minutes from the time I finished my food, for the waiter to bring me my check so I could leave. My sushi was not good. There was not much fish in the roll, making for a very dry mouthful of what I’d describe as rice tempura. I typically don’t order tempura to begin with, so I was in treacherous waters from the start. But this was a most tragic tempura. I mean, maybe you will have a way better experience than I did if you go here. I admit that their website looks divine. Perhaps I ordered a bad roll, or visited their worst location.
Meh. It just looks dry, doesn’t it?
